MiY Collection: Brightside Shrug Sewing Pattern

Model: SP-5001

This small bolero style shrug is a quick project and a really versatile style - in a knit with a lurex sparkly thread it's a great cover-up for an evening out or in a casual single jersey stripe or sweatshirt fabric you can layer it with t-shirts and jeans. It has double layer neckband and cuffs which can be made in contrast fabric.

This pattern has 3 sizes which cover the following body measurements: BUST 80-84cm (31.5"-33"), 88-92cm (34.5"-36"), 96-101cm (38"-40"). The sizing and fit of the shrug are fairly generous - it's quite a loose fitting garment.
This is a beginner level sewing pattern.

Suggested fabrics are any stretch knit fabrics such as Ponte De Roma, Cotton Jersey, Cotton Lycra, Hacci Sweater or Sweatshirt Fleece.

Fabric Requirements Guide
One fabric:
All sizes: 1 metre
Contrasting outer band and cuffs:
All sizes: 0.6 metres for main body, 0.35 metres for contrast
