We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, except on UK bank holidays when we are closed. All orders will be shipped next business day. If there is a higher volume of orders due to the weekend or a sale, orders may take additional time to process. If there is a significant delay in shipment you will be notified via email as quickly as possible. Please note that order processing time is the time it takes your order to be processed and shipped and does not include shipping transit times which vary by carrier and by location. We also offer international shipping to most European destinations

Girl Charlee offers free standard shipping to UK addresses for orders that meet the stated amount of the current offer. Order total must meet stated amount to qualify for free shipping at the time the order is placed and we cannot combine orders, nor can we add additional items to the order after it has been placed to meet the offer amount.
Packaging and Transit:
We strive to keep shipping rates as low as possible and also package as efficiently as we can. Please see shipping cost chart above for shipping charges (the average weight of a knit fabric is 0.25kg per metre). Please note that this is an estimate, as fabric weight varies by content and width.
We package shipments in secure heavy duty plastic mailer or tape secured boxes for larger orders. Girl Charlee UK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your order has been lost during shipment please contact us immediately. Please note that the claims process for a lost shipment may take up to 10 business days to complete and we cannot resend or refund the order until we have confirmation from the carrier that they are not able to locate and deliver the shipment. Girl Charlee UK is not responsible for delays in order delivery due to inclement weather or any other service interruptions of the selected shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Charges:
If you supply incorrect shipping address information that results in an address correction assessed by our shipping carrier, a £12.00 charge will be billed to your account on file.
You will be notified via email when you order is shipped.
We are not allowed by law to mark your package customs slip as a "gift" and must display the actual merchandise amount. Girl Charlee is not responsible for replacement of lost, undelivered, or custom held shipments.
If you need us to delay sending an order to you we are happy to hold your order for you. Please include instructions in the comments section at the time of placing the order telling us you wish us to hold it and then instruct us via email when when you wish it to ship. Hold requests must be placed in the comments section at the time the order is placed. If you call or email a request to hold your order after the order has been placed we cannot guarantee we can hold the order before it is processed and shipped.
Presale fabric orders are placed on hold until all fabric becomes available in stock and shipped together complete. We are not able to partially ship presale fabric orders. We recommend placing separate orders for pre sale items and items available in stock to ensure there is no delay in receiving your available fabrics. For more about partial shipments, please see our policy page.
If you would like to combine shipping on multiple orders, please place a note in the comments section of your order or please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with your request. Please note that combining orders may cause a delay in the shipment of one or both of your orders. We are not able to partially ship or split combined orders with pre sale fabric. Any shipping overage will be refunded to you in the form of store credit only.
